Kacaroğlu
A partnership running since 2016 with Kacaroğlu, the İzmir construction and development company: logo, corporate identity, project brands, catalogues, website and AI-assisted films.

Kacaroğlu is an İzmir construction and development company working on investment projects, contracting and seismic retrofitting. We designed its logo in 2016 and have since prepared its corporate identity, the project brands Koru Bornova, Konsept Bornova and Konsept Seyrek, its catalogues, its website and its AI-assisted films.
Challenge
A construction company's logo had to last as long as the buildings it completes.
The Kacaroğlu name appears on a business card and on the facade of a building. As the company grew, housing, office and villa projects, contracting and seismic retrofitting all came under the same name. The logo had to hold the same strength at every scale and not age over the years.
Goal
The idea was simple: a name that stands upright like a column.
The logo has no emblem; the name itself carries the load. Its narrow, tall letters stand upright like a row of columns. There is one colour: slate grey. The logo animation follows the same idea: a foundation line stretches out first, the letters rise from the base like columns, and the flat line above the Ğ settles into place like a lintel.
Result
The logo has not changed since 2016; a brand family has been built on top of it.
The letterhead, envelope, presentation folder, lapel pin, flag, paper bag and vehicle graphics were all prepared in the same language. Today the logo stands on the facade of the Konsept Seyrek building, alongside the project logo. We designed separate project logos for Koru Bornova, Konsept Bornova and Konsept Seyrek, all used beneath the main logo. Each project received catalogues, billboards and site graphics, and the Kacaroğlu and NK İnşaat partnership received a presentation catalogue. kacaroglu.com.tr brings investment, construction and seismic retrofitting together on one site. The AI-assisted films we produced for its seismic retrofitting page explain, in Turkish and English, why damping systems are needed in factories and how they work.
